Facilities

Activities of Saraswati Vidya Mandal are carried out at three campuses, one at Saraspur and two at Asarwa in the city of Ahmedabad.  All three campuses have excellent infrastructure for imparting quality education. The campuses at Asarawa are close to each-other and share some of the facilities and infrastructure.

Classrooms and Playgrounds

Saraspur campus is the largest of our campuses. For the children of the schools running out of this campus, we have 36 classrooms. The larger of  Asarwa campuses has 24 classrooms and the smaller one, 12 classrooms. In addition, all three campuses have office space for the faculty and support staff.

Despite being situated in very crowded neighborhoods, the Saraspur and the larger of Asarwa campuses have ample  open spaces for physical education and sports activities. Saraspur has approximately 2,000 square meters of a playground. At Asarwa, we have 1,300 square meter playground. All schools of Mandal are well equipped with sports and physical education kits. We also have a  small gymnasium at Saraspur

  Laboratories.

All three campuses have science laboratories equipped with instruments and apparatus for conducting experiments in physics, chemistry and biology. They also have computer laboratories imparting practical instructions on the use of computers. The Saraspur campus has three science laboratories and two computer laboratories. Both campuses at Asarwa have one science and one computer laboratories each.

Other Facilities:

In addition to the classrooms, playgrounds and laboratories, we have well stocked libraries both at Saraspur and Asarwa campuses. In keeping with our tradition, our Saraspur campus has a hall for teaching fine arts like music, dance and painting. Then there is a  mini-auditorium at Saraspur equipped with audio-visual teaching aids and a large assembly hall at the larger of the Asarwa campus.
